I have a lot to learn about essential oils but am very interested in them. I have been trying a few different blends and this blend intended to relieve anxiety and stress was something that really appealed to me. I tried it out on two different occasions and unfortunately did not experience a huge difference. Minimal yes, but nothing that has me shouting from the rooftops on how great it is. I do really enjoy the smell of this blend. To me it is a flowery, light fruit smell.
