I have been on the hunt for what seems like forever for a great spatula. I think I may have finally found it. I have at least a half dozen different spatulas in my drawer but I find myself grabbing this one out of the dishwasher daily. It has a nice (longer then typical) handle that is stainless steel that doesn't easily bend as with many spatulas. The turner and handle end are covered in silicone. It is very comfortable in your hand and it has a bit of a weight to it which lets your know that it is a quality item. I have used it almost daily for eggs made either scrambled or over medium. I have also used it for sausage and chicken on the stove and also for burgers on the grill. It has done an excellent job in all applications.
