This natural sleep aid works great for me. Many times if I am very tired I have a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep. On those nights, I have started taking one of these pills and I see a huge difference between taking it and before I discovered this product. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep unless one of my young children wake me up. More importantly I don't have any fuzzy head or that can't wake up feeling.
