Bonjour Cuisine Silicone Baking Mat

I don't know how I made it through decades of Christmas baking without silicone baking mats. These mats saved me so much time while doing all the baking for my family. When using these mats you don't have to take the time to wash your cookie sheet between sets of cookies because nothing sticks to the mats. In the past I often had mis-shapped cookies because they would stick to my pan. It is so easy to remove cookies when using these mats that you could use just your fingers to remove them. I can't say enough great things about these silicone mats.

The mats also come with a silicone spatula. I can never have too many of those!
